All orders accepted by Bluelounge are subject to our online store policy.
All descriptions and pictures contained in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All prices are shown in US Dollars, we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal via secure connection. Payments will only be debited from your credit card or paypal account after your order has shipped. You may also complete your payment by fax, to do so please follow these instructions.
Customs duties might be applicable to International orders. Please check our support page for details.
Returns
Defective products: If the product you received is not functioning or damaged, we will arrange a pickup (US only) and replacement, you may need to drop the package off at a UPS location or be available for pickup. Bluelounge will pay for the return shipment and replacement on defective products.
Non-Defective products: If your product is not defective but you no longer want it and wish to return it, you will need to make your own arrangements to send it back within 30 days of purchase. We will process the refund when the products arrive at our location. Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs on returned products that are not defective.
