All orders accepted by Bluelounge are subject to our online store policy.

All descriptions and pictures contained in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Prices are shown in US Dollars or Euros depending on which store you are buying from, we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal via secure connection. Payments will only be debited from your credit card or paypal account after your order has shipped. You may also complete your payment by fax, to do so please follow these instructions.

Customs duties and taxes may apply to International orders. Please check our support page for details.

Two Stores

Bluelounge.com has two separate shopping carts, one in the USA and one in Europe (Germany). Your browser shall automatically detect which store is closest to you and most efficient to fill your order. You may however elect to purchase from either store.

US Store

Orders from the US store can ship worldwide via a number of shipping options, international locations are typically not trackable however. For US based customers buying from the US store:
If the product you received is not functioning or damaged or you are simply not completely satisfied with your product at the time you receive it, we will happily offer you a replacement or a full refund. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Only ground service transportation or its relative value will be refunded. Expedited shipments with UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air will be credited at the value of standard UPS Ground.

Products purchased from Bluelounge can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Bluelounge will pay for the return shipment and provide a replacement product or fully refund you the cost of your purchase (product and ground transportation). We will process the refund when the products arrives at our location. For US customers, you will receive your return shipping label via email. We will gladly send this to you right away. If for any reason you are unable to print out a label, we would be happy to have the label mailed out to you. You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location, but please do not drop your return off at a drop box. Once, we have confirmation of shipment of the defective item, your new product will ship. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 days after the credit is applied to post to your account.

EU Store

Shipments from the EU store to Europe can be delivered quickly and already include VAT. Package tracking is also available.

Orders from the EU store are fulfilled by Soular Distribution, Kapellenstrasse 15, 96050 Bamberg, Germany.

Warranty

Bluelounge warrants Bluelounge brand products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and contemplated use for a period of one year from the verifiable date of purchase from the original retail point of sale. Bluelounge makes no other representations or warranties for their products. Bluelounge's sole obligation shall be the repair or replacement of the portion of the product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the one-year warranty period.
